For your appointment, please arrive with your bird in a travel cage or carrier. We always aim to keep our appointments on time, but emergencies can potentially cause delays in appointment start times.
You will be asked to fill in an intake form before the appointment begins. This form includes questions about any medications your bird takes, and a brief medical history. Please include any information you think important for us to know.
While waiting for your bird to be examined or treated, you can wait in your vehicle, or pop out for a coffee or neighborhood walk. We will call you when your bird is ready for your return.
At the end of your appointment the vet or vet technician might need to speak with you, and will talk you through any prescribed medications, and any needed follow-up visits. In some circumstances, we might refer you to a specialist with advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.
Payment is required before you depart.
